Jim Foxworthy


Jim Foxworthy, president and CEO of Foxworthy & Associates, is a proven executive with more than 30 years of experience in all facets of leadership including leadership assessment and development, operations and sales, human resources, executive coaching, turnarounds and M&A integration, communications, administrative shared services and strategic consulting. His successful track record ranges from field operations to the C-Suite in Fortune 250 companies and encompasses a variety of different industries from healthcare to financial services and manufacturing.


A 2004 finalist for Indiana's "Human Resource Professional of the Year," Foxworthy is a certified Mediator by the Institute for Conflict Management and is a trained Executive Coach. He has been a featured speaker for various national & international corporate leadership forums, and has authored several publications. He has also served on numerous Boards of Directors. In addition to receiving his BS from the University of Tennessee, Foxworthy completed the Advanced Management Program from the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

 

 

 

Al Yother


Alton E.(Al) Yother has been a Director of Hibbett Sports, Inc. since August 2004 and currently serves as Lead Director. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama in Finance. Al worked as Executive Vice President and Controller of Regions Financial Corporation (formerly AmSouth Bancorporation) from November 2004 to April 2007 at which time he became Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Regions Financial Corporation until his retirement in April 2008. Prior to this, he worked for over 24 years for SouthTrust Corporation or SouthTrust Bank. His most recent duties at SouthTrust were as Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Controller of South Trust Corporation from 1998 to 2004.

Al offers an extensive background in management and experience in strategic planning, including risk assessment as well as strong financial and accounting experience. He and his wife Patti are active members of the Inverness Vineyard Church and are both actively involved in Christian mentoring and counseling. Al also serves as a member of the Dean's Advisory Board at Samford University's Brock School of Business and is a board member for Is-Able Ministries.
